对于以有序化Zr_3Al相为基的Zr-Al合金进行了在300℃空气中和360℃190大气压下的水中腐蚀试验。试验证明,以Zr_3Al相为基的合金的耐腐蚀性能取决于合金中α-Zr(Al)的含量及分布状态。要想得到好的耐蚀性能,合金中必须是没有α-Zr(Al)或仅有最低限度的不连续分布的α-Zr(Al)相。
In-water corrosion tests were carried out in air at 300 ° C and at 190 ° C at 360 ° C for Zr-Al alloys based on an ordered Zr_3Al phase. Experiments show that the corrosion resistance of Zr_3Al based alloys depends on the content and distribution of α-Zr (Al) in the alloy. For good corrosion resistance, the alloy must have an α-Zr (Al) phase without α-Zr (Al) or with only minimal discontinuities.
