目的探讨米糠甾醇(rice bran sterol,RBS)对大鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法健康SD大鼠160只分为正常对照组(CN,灌胃生理盐水)和RBS低、中、高剂量(RBS-L,RBS-M,RBS-H,分别灌胃RBS乳化液30、75和150 mg/(kg·bw·d)组,15d后,测定免疫器官指数、碳廓清指数、血清溶血素、淋巴细胞增殖能力和腹腔巨噬细胞功能等免疫指标。结果与CN组比较,RBS-L和RBS-H组可提高脾脏指数(P<0.05或P<0.01),但RBS-M组差异不显著(P>0.05);RBS各剂量组对大鼠胸腺指数无明显影响(P>0.05);RBS-L和RBS-M组能提高大鼠碳廓清指数(P<0.05);RBS-M组能促进血清溶血素的释放(P<0.05);RBS各剂量组能显著提高大鼠淋巴细胞的增殖能力(P<0.05或P<0.01)和巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率(P<0.05或P<0.01)与吞噬指数(P<0.01)。结论 RBS可增强大鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of rice bran sterol (RBS) on immune function in rats. Methods 160 healthy SD rats were divided into normal control group (CN, gavage with normal saline) and RBS-R, RBS-M and RBS-H, And 150 mg / (kg · bw · d) respectively.After 15 days, immune indexes such as immune organ index, carbon clearance index, serum hemolysin, lymphocyte proliferation ability and peritoneal macrophage function were measured.Results Compared with CN group, RBS (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in RBS-M group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the thymus index of rats in each dose of RBS (P> 0.05). RBS-M group and RBS-M group could increase the carbon clearance index (P <0.05), RBS-M group could promote the release of serum hemolysin (P <0.05) (P <0.05 or P <0.01), phagocytic percentage (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and phagocytic index (P <0.01) .Conclusion RBS can enhance the immune function of rats.
