本文通过对新疆职前特殊教育教师进行问卷调查,分析得出总体上其拥有积极乐观的教师教育信念,但是特殊教育教师的教育信念与其他学科的教师教育信念存在显著性差异,主要是由于教育对象的特殊性、对教师的独特要求和教育教学方法的独特性共同决定的;特殊教育教师的教育信念在性别、民族和学历上不存在显著性差异;不同性别的教师在“有关学生”这个维度上存在显著性差异,笔者分析认为是由于男女思维差异造成的。
In this paper, through questionnaire survey of teachers in pre-service special education in Xinjiang, we can find that they have positive and optimistic faith in teacher education as a whole. However, there is a significant difference between the educational belief of special education teachers and the teachers’ educational beliefs in other disciplines. The particularity of the object, the unique requirements of the teacher and the uniqueness of the education and teaching methods are jointly determined. The educational beliefs of the special education teachers do not differ significantly in gender, ethnicity and academic qualifications.
