目的探讨25种广西道地药材对α-淀粉酶的抑制作用,从中筛选对α-淀粉酶抑制作用较强的广西道地药材。方法以阿卡波糖为阳性对照,测定25种广西道地药材对α-淀粉酶的抑制作用。对抑制率较高的几种药材用大孔树脂D101进一步进行脱色处理并跟踪活性。结果 25种广西道地药材中较强α-淀粉酶抑制作用的有金银花、紫苏叶、鸡血藤和黄芪,药液浓度为40mg/ml时抑制率分别为61.03%、41.08%、40.00%和36.10%,其中金银花的抑制率与5mg/ml的阿卡波糖抑制作用相近。用大孔树脂D101对抑制作用最强的4中药材的水提液进行脱色,发现4种药材经脱色后对α-淀粉酶抑制作用均不同程度降低,有抑制作用的成分大部分集中于95%的流份中。结论金银花、紫苏叶、黄芪和鸡血藤4味中药体外对α-淀粉酶均有较强的抑制作用,可以考虑进一步开发其在降血糖、减肥保健产品中的利用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibitory effect of 25 species of medicinal herbs in Guangxi on α-amylase, and to screen the authentic Chinese medicinal materials of Guangxi native to α-amylase. Methods acarbose as a positive control, determination of 25 kinds of authentic medicine in Guangxi α-amylase inhibition. On the high inhibition rate of several herbs macroporous resin D101 further decolorization and tracking activity. Results The inhibitory rates of Honeysuckle, Perilla frutescens, Millettia radix and Astragalus mongholicus were higher in the 25 kinds of medicinal herbs of Guangxi, and were 61.03%, 41.08% and 40.00% respectively at the concentration of 40mg / ml 36.10%, of which the inhibitory rate of honeysuckle and acarbose 5mg / ml inhibition similar. The macroporous resin D101 was used to decolorize the aqueous extracts of 4 Chinese herbal medicines with the strongest inhibitory effect. It was found that the inhibitory effects of the four medicinal materials on α-amylase decreased to some extent after decolorization. Most of the inhibitory ingredients were concentrated at 95 % Of the stream. Conclusion The honeysuckle, basil leaves, Astragalus and Millettia four Chinese herbal medicine in vitro have a strong inhibitory effect on α-amylase, can further consider the development of its hypoglycemic, weight loss health care products.
