目的了解甘肃地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因亚型、年龄及地区分布特点。方法采用凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对2010年5月-2012年7月间7 318名在兰州军区机关门诊宫颈疾病诊治中心、兰州军区总院病理科、兰州大学第二医院妇产科门诊、成县人民医院妇产科及陇南市人民医院病理科就诊的女性进行生殖道21种HPV感染基因亚型筛查。结果甘肃地区女性HPV感染率为19.9%,其中高危型HPV感染率14.78%,低危型HPV感染率3.38%;1 425例HPV感染者中,HPV16为最主要的致病亚型,占28.58%;单一感染占81.82%,多重感染占18.18%。按年龄分组中50~岁组HPV感染率最高,占24.24%;按地区分析,陇南地区HPV感染率最高,达到30.97%。结论甘肃地区为宫颈癌高发区,对该地区女性进行子宫颈癌的筛查和防治已成为当务之急。
Objective To understand the genotype, age and geographical distribution of female human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in Gansu Province. Methods Using Keplu rapid nucleic acid molecular flow-through hybridization gene chip technology, from May 2010 to July 2012, 7 318 in the Lanzhou Military Hospital outpatient diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases, Lanzhou Military Region General Hospital Department of Pathology, Lanzhou University second Hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic, Cheng County People’s Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology and Longnan People’s Hospital pathology treatment of women genital tract 21 kinds of HPV infection gene subtype screening. Results The prevalence of HPV infection in Gansu women was 19.9%, among which the infection rate of high-risk HPV was 14.78% and that of low-risk HPV infection was 3.38%. Of the 1 425 HIV-infected patients, HPV16 was the main pathogenic subtype, accounting for 28.58% ; Single infection accounted for 81.82%, multiple infections accounted for 18.18%. According to the age group, the HPV infection rate was highest in 50 ~ group, accounting for 24.24%. According to regional analysis, the HPV infection rate in Longnan was the highest, reaching 30.97%. Conclusion Gansu is a high incidence of cervical cancer. Screening and prevention of cervical cancer in women in this area has become a top priority.
