传统的管理模式已经不再适应现代化医院的发展,现有的医院管理人才队伍存在诸多问题。要实现科学的高水平的医院管理,就需要建设新型的高素质并且掌握现代管理理论的职业化管理队伍。实现职业化是加强医院管理人才队伍建设的基本目标;健全新机制是加强医院管理人才队伍建设的主要内容。
The traditional management model is no longer suitable for the development of modern hospitals, and the existing hospital management personnel have many problems. To achieve a scientific and high-level hospital management, we need to build a new type of professional management team with high quality and mastering modern management theory. Realization of professionalization is the basic goal of strengthening the construction of hospital management personnel; improving the new mechanism is the main content to strengthen the construction of hospital management personnel.
