该文介绍了DS18B20的特点、内部结构和工作原理,给出了系统的硬件结构框图。以MSP430为控制器,利用DS18B20内部结构特点,设计出了具有可扩展性,多种灵活测量模式的温度测量系统,并给出了该监测系统的硬件结构和进行了相应的软件设计。实验模型试验和工程实例应用结果表明,该系统具有测量精度高、抗干扰性强、可靠性高和性价比好等特点,在工程应用中具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the characteristics of the DS18B20, the internal structure and working principle, gives the system hardware block diagram. Using MSP430 as the controller, the DS18B20 internal structure is used to design a temperature measurement system with scalability and various flexible measurement modes. The hardware structure of the monitoring system and the corresponding software design are also given. The experimental results of the model test and engineering example show that the system has the characteristics of high measuring accuracy, strong anti-interference, high reliability and good cost performance, which is of great significance in engineering application.
