工作分析是人力资源管理的基石之一,是企业开展人力资源管理工作的基础。目前我国众多企业已经十分重视人力资源管理工作,也相应引入工作分析的方法与技术。但在实际工作中,多数企业对工作分析的理解和运用仍停留在表层,难免陷入工作分析的误区,往往事倍功半。 误区一:重技术,轻理念 很多人力资源工作者认为,工作分析是一项技术性很强的工作,只要掌握工作分析的各种方法,即使没有任何管理理念,也可以把工作分析做好,陷入“重技术,轻理念”的实用主义误区。
