采用TSMC 0.18μm混合信号1P6M CMOS工艺,实现了一种适用于传感器信号检测的低失真低功耗Σ-Δ模数转换器(ADC)。该ADC的调制器采用前馈结构和128倍过采样率,实现了12.8 MHz的数据流输出;数字滤波器通带纹波限定在±0.001 dB,阻-带80 dB的有效衰减。ADC工作于1.8 V电源电压,整体功耗为3.6 mW(2 mA),版图尺寸为1.9 mm×1.45 mm。后仿真结果显示,该ADC在50 kHz信号带宽内达到84 dB的信噪失真比、94.58 dB的动态范围和-92.6 dB的总谐波失真。
Using TSMC 0.18μm mixed-signal 1P6M CMOS technology, a low-distortion, low-power sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) suitable for sensor signal detection is realized. The ADC’s modulator uses a feedforward structure and a 128-fold oversampling rate to achieve a 12.8 MHz data stream output; the digital filter pass-band ripple is limited to ± 0.001 dB with 80 dB of effective attenuation. The ADC operates from a 1.8 V supply and consumes 3.6 mW (2 mA) of overall power, with a footprint of 1.9 mm × 1.45 mm. The post-simulation results show that the ADC achieves a SNR of 84 dB, a dynamic range of 94.58 dB, and a total harmonic distortion of -92.6 dB over a 50 kHz signal bandwidth.
