古往今来,伴随着公权力的使用,总是容易滋生腐败这一蛆虫。腐败的滋生是妨碍国家政权的重大阻碍,如同白蚁之于桥梁,其危害性不言而喻。在构建廉政法律制度的过程中,多重因素都会起到至关重要的作用,其中监督机制是帮助廉政法律制度建设必不可少的一个环节,而社会监督又是监督机制中不可或缺的一员。本文旨在研究社会监督对廉政法律制度建设的重要意义。
