随着经济全球化的不断发展,我国越来越多的公司进行了上市,资源型企业走出国门,投身海外市场的竞争洪流,因此如何加强我国资源型上市公司的境外财务管理成为了我国上市公司当前面临的重要难题。境外财务管理效率的提高,能够促进上市企业管理模式的优化,建立高效健康可持续发展的财务管理体系。本文就资源型上市公司的境外财务管理问题进行了分析研究,通过对企业的境外财务进行规范化管理,增强企业的市场竞争力,规避企业经营风险,使企业在海外获得最大的经济效益。
With the continuous development of economic globalization, more and more companies in our country have gone through the competitive torrent of listing and resource-based enterprises going abroad and joining the overseas markets. Therefore, how to strengthen the overseas financial management of China’s resource-based listed companies has become a challenge to listed companies The important challenge currently facing us. The improvement of overseas financial management efficiency can promote the optimization of the management model of listed companies and establish a sound and sustainable financial management system. In this paper, the overseas financial management of resource-based listed companies is analyzed and studied. By standardizing the overseas financial affairs of enterprises, enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises and avoiding the business risks of enterprises, the enterprises obtain the maximum economic benefits overseas.
