我国白银资源不足,自给率只有50%左右,需耗费大量外汇进口白银满足日益增长的需要。节约白银是我国的一项长远政策。研制代银材料具有重要意义。 研制的无银铜镍锡磷钎焊料,除冲击韧性a_k值较低外,拉伸强度及剪切强度均接近或达到银基焊料强度。该焊料熔点为585~625℃,低于银焊料50~100℃,是目前国内熔点最低的无银铜基焊丝。同时该焊丝具有良好的焊接工艺性能及耐制冷剂的浸蚀性能,达到了国内先进水平。 该焊丝成本低,仅为银焊料的10—20%。
China’s lack of silver resources, self-sufficiency rate of only about 50%, need to spend a lot of foreign exchange to meet the growing needs of silver imports. Saving silver is a long-term policy of our country. The development of silver material is of great significance. The silver-free copper-nickel-tin-phosphorus brazing filler metal developed, except for the low impact toughness a_k value, the tensile strength and the shear strength are close to or reach the silver-based solder strength. The solder melting point of 585 ~ 625 ℃, lower than the silver solder 50 ~ 100 ℃, is currently the lowest melting point of silver-free copper-based wire. At the same time the wire has good welding process performance and resistance to corrosion resistance of refrigerants, reached the advanced domestic level. The wire costs less than 10-20% of silver solder.
