椭圆管状铆钉属异形铆钉,为研究椭圆向心率对管状铆钉铆接性能的影响,文章对椭圆管状铆钉自冲铆接过程进行数值模拟,对不同向心率的椭圆管状铆钉自冲铆接的搭接、对接和十字搭接接头进行静态拉伸试验、剖面质量试验和失效形式分析。结果表明,向心率对椭圆管状铆钉铆接性能有较大影响,随向心率的减小,铆接性能逐渐变差;向心率大于0.4时铆接性能相对较好,具有足够的铆接强度;放置形式对搭接接头和对接接头的静态拉伸强度有一定影响。
In order to study the influence of elliptical centering rate on the riveting performance of tubular rivets, the elliptical tubular rivets are designed to simulate the self-piercing riveting process of elliptical tubular rivets, and to simulate the self-piercing riveting of elliptic tubular rivets with different radial velocities. Cross lap joints for static tensile test, section quality test and failure analysis. The results show that the centripetal rate has a significant effect on the riveting performance of oval tubular rivets, and the riveting performance becomes worse with the decrease of centripetal heart rate. The riveting performance is relatively good when the centroid rate is greater than 0.4, and has enough riveting strength. The static tensile strength of the joint and the butt joint have a certain impact.
