近年来,城市建筑越建越高,建筑基础工程为了满足功能的需要越来越大,基础设置的形式变化也较多。基础工程作为建筑物的重要组成部分,也是建筑物承受荷载的主要部位,其施工质量的好坏,直接关系到整个建筑物的安危和寿命,也关系到人们的生命安全。因此,建筑基础工程的施工质量尤为重要,在房屋建筑中,大型建筑逐年增加,大体积混凝土施工越来越多。这类大体积混凝土结构,由于水泥水化过程中释放出的水化热引起的温度变化和混凝土收缩,使混凝土产生温度应力和收缩应力,这是混凝土产生裂缝的主要因素之一。本文将结合工程实例,简要论述筏板基础大体积混凝土裂缝控制问题。
In recent years, the higher the construction of urban buildings, the greater the need for building infrastructure projects to satisfy functions and the more varied forms of basic settings. As an important part of a building, a basic project is also the main site where a building bears loads. The quality of its construction is directly related to the safety and lifespan of the entire building, and it also relates to people’s life safety. Therefore, construction quality of building foundation projects is particularly important. In building construction, large-scale construction has been increasing year by year, and construction of large-volume concrete has been increasing. Due to the temperature change caused by the heat of hydration released during cement hydration and the shrinkage of the concrete, this kind of mass concrete structure causes the concrete to generate temperature stress and shrinkage stress, which is one of the main factors for concrete cracks. This article will combine engineering examples to briefly discuss the control of mass concrete cracks in raft foundations.
