论文是以半导体材料硅单晶生长为背景,把嵌入式机器视觉系统引入到视频图像采集、处理与显示的研究中。目的是研究一种小型化、智能化的嵌入式产品解决方案,服务于广阔的市场需求。论文将采集到的晶体生长图像并通过软件实现视频图像处理系统中的图像处理算法,对直拉法晶体硅棒生长速度的测量,使其产生模拟电平送至工控机,从而对晶体生长速度加以控制,使系统达到测量数据可读化。
Paper is based on the growth of semiconductor single crystal silicon material, embedded machine vision system into the video image acquisition, processing and display of the research. The purpose is to study a miniaturized, intelligent embedded product solutions to serve the vast market needs.
