针对回采工作面初次来压的顶板运动特征,采用基于惯性测量单元的岩层倾角监测仪,对相似材料模拟试验的初次来压过程进行监测研究。论证了采用岩层倾角监测仪对顶板运动进行监测的可行性及准确性。监测结果表明,初次来压运动共经历微观非显著运动期、宏观显著运动期、岩梁断裂期3个时期,分别占初次来压运动总时长的55.8%、39.8%、4.4%。微观非显著运动期的存在,拓展了传统初次来压研究的时间跨度,岩层倾角监测为初次来压发展状态的判别及预测预报提供了新的判据。
In view of the roof movement characteristics of the first time when the working face is pressed, a rock slope monitoring instrument based on the inertial measurement unit is used to monitor the initial pressure-bearing process of the similar material simulation test. The feasibility and accuracy of roof slope monitoring using rock dip monitoring instrument are demonstrated. The monitoring results show that the primary compression movement experiences a total of 55.8%, 39.8% and 4.4% of the total duration of the initial compression exercise, respectively, undergoing microscopic non-significant exercise period, macroscopic significant exercise period and rock-beam breakage period. The existence of microscopic non-significant period of movement expands the time span of the traditional initial pressure study, and rock dip monitoring provides a new criterion for the discrimination and prediction of the initial state of pressure development.
