目的评价一种邻苯二甲醛消毒剂(Cidex OPA)的安全性及应用价值。方法选用不同剂量该邻苯二甲醛消毒剂(OPA)对小鼠进行急性经口毒性试验,观察并比较各组小鼠中毒表现及死亡情况;选用不同剂量OPA、戊二醛分别对小鼠进行骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,比较OPA与戊二醛间的生物安全性。结果 Cidex OPA对小鼠经口半数致死量(LD50)>6 500 mg/kg(体重)。Cidex OPA组PCE微核率与戊二醛组比较无差异。结论 Cidex OPA属实际无毒级,临床应用中具有较高的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the safety and application value of a phthalaldehyde disinfectant (Cidex OPA). Methods Acute oral toxicity test was conducted on the mice with different doses of the phthalaldehyde disinfectant (OPA). The toxicity and mortality of the mice in each group were observed and compared. Different doses of OPA and glutaraldehyde were used to treat the mice respectively. Bone Marrow Polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test to compare the biosafety between OPA and glutaraldehyde. Results Cidex OPA had an oral LD50> 6 500 mg / kg (body weight). There was no difference in PCE micronucleus rate between Cidex OPA group and glutaraldehyde group. Conclusion Cidex OPA is a real non-toxic grade, with high safety in clinical application.
