本文针对我国城市埋地钢质燃气管道的腐蚀与安全问题提出了相应的检测方法与评估方案,并分别在国内南北两个不同性质的工程中得以应用和检验。研究表明,环境因素、阴极保护系统的有效性以及管道外防腐层破损状况等,直接影响管道的运行安全,在取得管道空间位置信息后,针对性地采用相应的检测方法获得安全评估综合信息,进而对管道的安全运行状况做出评价,为管道管理维护提供有价值的决策依据。文章结合工程应用实践指出,城市埋地钢质燃气管道所处环境差异较大,应进一步通过实践不断完善检测技术方法和评估内容。
In this paper, the corresponding detection methods and evaluation schemes for the corrosion and safety problems of China’s urban buried steel gas pipelines are proposed and applied and tested in the two different nature projects in the country. Studies have shown that environmental factors, the effectiveness of cathodic protection systems, and the state of damage to the external coating of pipelines directly affect the operational safety of pipelines. After acquiring the spatial location information of pipelines, targeted detection methods are used to obtain comprehensive information on safety assessment. Furthermore, it evaluates the safe operation of pipelines and provides valuable decision-making basis for pipeline management and maintenance. The article combined with the practice of engineering application pointed out that the environmental conditions of buried steel gas pipelines in urban areas are quite different. It is necessary to further improve the detection technology methods and assessment contents through practice.
