目的 探讨部分性脾动脉栓塞术(PSE)对门静脉高压性脾功能亢进患者免疫功能的影响.方法 选取PSE治疗门静脉高压性脾功能亢进患者,比较术前、术后患者外周血细胞、体液免疫及细胞免疫资料.结果 白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)术后7 d、30 d、90 d、180 d与术前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);红细胞计数(RBC)术后180 d与术前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);CD3术后90 d、180 d与术前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8术后30 d、90 d、180 d与术前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);IgA术后30 d、90 d与术前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);IgM术后180 d与术前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);IgG术后30 d、90 d、180 d与术前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 PSE可有效改善患者脾功能亢进症状,同时保留部分脾脏功能,提升外周血细胞数,改善机体免疫功能.
