The concept of living law comes from the Hellenistic period. Achita, Theodoguganis, Steenidas and Ekfodus Parables from the kingship and cosmic order related to the king as a living law was expressed. Since then, the law of the rulers who possess wisdom and justice in Cicero is the same. Philo considers Moses, the king, to be living law, and living law is the same as natural law, unwritten law and Mosaic law. Claremont believed that Jesus as the law of living is justified rationally. The difference between Moses and Jesus is that Moses was a living law and ruled by just reason. During the Roman Empire, the “new law” made it clear that the Roman emperor was a living law.
