一、为幼儿树立榜样,增强幼儿交往能力的发展教师一定要关爱每一个孩子,让孩子感到生活在爱的海洋里,温暖的环境中。教师之间,教师和保育员之间能分工合作,互相配合,和睦相处都会对孩子产生直接的影响。交往能力强的幼儿也是其他幼儿的榜样,我们可以让交往能力强的幼儿和交往能力弱的幼儿一起活动,以强带弱,促进幼儿整体交往能力的提高。二、师幼互动,萌发交往倾向
