本文以一台6MW背压式汽轮机为例,对汽轮机的故障进行了识别诊断。识别诊断采用了模糊数学方法和频谱分析方法,诊断出的主要故障:转子不平衡;不对中;碰磨;轴瓦磨损与机组实际故障情况是相吻合的。
In this paper, a 6MW back pressure steam turbine is taken as an example to diagnose the fault of steam turbine. Identification of the diagnosis using fuzzy mathematics and spectral analysis methods, the main fault diagnosis: rotor imbalance; misalignment; touch mill; bearing wear and tear of the actual fault conditions are consistent.
