本文根据中国古代及现代有关文献资料,将植物中一些能做为人类食用且能增强人体健康和用于治疗疾病的品种按照其药理性能进行归类。本文共列出12类食疗植物,共计440种(包括一种植物多种用途者)。
Based on the ancient and modern Chinese literature, this article classifies some plant species that can be used as human food to enhance human health and treat diseases according to their pharmacological properties. This article lists a total of 12 types of therapeutic plants for a total of 440 species (including one for many purposes).
