产后尿潴留是产后常见的一个并发症，指产后6～8小时不能自行排尿或排尿不畅致尿液不能排净。我科应用开塞露治疗产后尿储留取得满意疗效。报道如下。临床资料：1990年1月至1994年12月间，我科经明道分娩1368例，发生尿储留198例，占分娩总数的14．47％。本组病例发生尿储留相 Postpartum urinary retention is a common postpartum complication, refers to postpartum 6 to 8 hours can not urinate or poor urination can not drain the urine.
