目的 调查 0~ 16岁儿童发育状况与血液中锌原卟啉 (ZPP)等 9项血液营养成分的相关性 ,掌握儿童发育过程血液特别是红细胞系统指标的变化。方法 对邢台市区、郊区及农村的 9所幼儿园和小学的儿童进行身高、体重测量 ,并对其血液中ZPP、血红蛋白 (HGB)含量等 9项指标调查检测。结果 随年龄的增长 ,儿童的身高、体重和血液中HGB含量、平均红细胞体积 (MCV)及平均红细胞血红蛋白 (MCH)量逐渐升高 ,并呈正相关 (r =0 .98、0 .99、0 .84、0 .71、0 .99,P值均 <0 .0 0 1) ;白细胞 (WBC)、红细胞 (RBC)计数以及ZPP含量在 3岁前波动较大 ,3岁后趋于一致 ,但三者均与年龄的增长无明显的相关性。 3岁前后WBC、ZPP、HGB、MCH和MCV值的差异有显著统计学意义 ,RBC及红细胞分布宽度 (EVDW )没有明显差异。结论 0~ 16岁的儿童发育与HGB、MCH、MCV和WBC有关 ;HGB、MCH、MCV、ZPP及WBC正常值的年龄界应以 3岁为界
Objective To investigate the correlation between the developmental status of children aged 0 ~ 16 years and nine blood nutritional components such as zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) in blood and to observe the changes of blood system, especially erythrocyte system indexes in children. Methods The height and weight of nine children in kindergartens and primary schools in urban, suburban and rural areas of Xingtai City were measured. Nine indicators including blood levels of ZPP and hemoglobin were measured. Results With the increase of age, the height and weight of children and the levels of HGB, MCV and MCH in the blood were positively correlated (r = 0.98, 0.99, 0 .84,0 .71,0 .99, all P <0. 01); WBC, RBC count and ZPP content fluctuated significantly before the age of 3 years and tended to be consistent after 3 years of age, However, there is no obvious correlation between them and age. The differences of WBC, ZPP, HGB, MCH and MCV before and after 3 years of age were statistically significant, and there was no significant difference between RBC and EVDW. Conclusion The development of children aged 0-16 years is related to HGB, MCH, MCV and WBC. The age group of normal values of HGB, MCH, MCV, ZPP and WBC should be 3 years old
