[目的]探讨健康教育对青少年人工流产术前和术后的影响及价值。[方法]研究组选取1900例人工流产前、后对受术者及男伴接受健康教育,并同意在流产后2年内复诊或接受电话随访的青少年;对照组选取1900例在社会调查中发现的,人工流产后因无时间或身体不适等原因拒绝接受健康教育或对健康教育重视程度不够,但同意接受以后随访2年或电话随访的青少年。[结果]研究组由人工流产引起的下腹痛症状、盆腔炎性疾病、意外妊娠及异位妊娠发生率明显少于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]健康教育在青少年人工流产术前和术后尤为重要,并取得较好的临床效果。
[Objective] To investigate the effect and value of health education on adolescent abortion before and after surgery. [Methods] The study group selected 1900 pre-and post-abortion health education received by the surgeon and male partner, and agreed to follow-up within 2 years after the admissions of teens or telephone; control group selected 1900 cases found in social surveys , Refusing to receive health education due to lack of time or physical discomfort after the abortion, or not paying enough attention to health education but agreeing to accept adolescents who have followed up for 2 years or followed up by phone. [Results] The symptoms of lower abdominal pain, pelvic inflammatory disease, unplanned pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy caused by induced abortion in study group were significantly less than those in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Health education is especially important before and after adolescent induced abortion, and has achieved good clinical results.
