交界区是联结心房与心室的枢纽,是上下各种激动传导的必经通路。发生在交界区的心律失常是相当多见的。因此,熟悉交界区隐匿性传导、干扰和脱节,对分析很多难以解释的心律失常是很有帮助的。一、交界区的概念交界区是心电图学中的一个概念。在体表心电图中,凡Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联P波倒置,aVR导联P波直立,即所谓逆行P波,认为激动是由交界区发出的。交界区除包括房室结外,还有希氏束上部,甚至心房下部也包括在交界区内。
