为了探讨NdYAG激光治疗牙髓疾病的效果,应用NdYAG激光经400μm光导纤维输出,对犬牙髓进行处理和相应的组织学观察。结果表明:激光光纤末端输出功率20~30W,可成功地实施冠髓切断,根髓未见任何病理损害;而光纤末端输出功率为30~40W时,可对全部牙髓产生完全汽化效果,牙齿本身和牙周组织未见不可逆性病理改变。研究结果为临床应用此技术行冠髓切断术和全髓失活术提供了实验依据。
In order to investigate the effect of NdYAG laser treatment on endodontic diseases, NdYAG laser was used to treat the endodontic pulp and to observe its histology by using 400μm optical fiber. The results showed that the output power of the laser fiber was 20 ~ 30W, the cutting of the coronal pulp could be successfully carried out without any pathological damage to the root pulp. When the output power of the fiber was 30 ~ 40W, it could produce complete vaporization effect on all pulp, There was no irreversible pathological changes in itself and periodontal tissues. The results provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of this technique in coronary artery transection and inoperation.
