随着人们生活水平的提高和商业的迅速发展,商铺逐渐成为投资者关注的焦点。目前商业地产投资利润率平均可达10%左右,高回报的利润引发了商铺投资热潮。据统计,2004年北京接近70%的成交商铺是被个人购买,但在高回报的同时,商铺的投资也蕴涵巨大的风险。

At present, the profit margin of commercial real estate investment can reach about 10% on average, and the high return on profits has caused the investment boom in shops.
