国家与社会关系问题由来已久,在传统的政治理论家的国家观中都是将二者视为二元对立的关系。在中国政治改革的初期也是将其定位于二元对立,主张建立“小政府-大社会”的关系模式。本文从探究国家与社会关系的历史由来入手,在分析我国国家和社会关系模式演变的基础上,强调以构建“强国家-强社会”模式作为构建中国未来国家与社会关系的目标,并论述了该模式下我国行政改革模式的渐进式走向。
The issue of the relationship between state and society has existed for a long time. In the view of the state of the traditional political theorists, both regarded the relationship as binary opposition. In the early stage of China’s political reform, it also targeted the dualistic opposition and advocated the establishment of a “small government-big society” relationship model. Based on the historical origin of exploring the relationship between state and society, on the basis of analyzing the evolution of the pattern of the relationship between state and society in our country, this paper emphasizes the construction of the “strong state - strong society” model as the goal of building China’s future state-to-society relationship. Discusses the gradual trend of China’s administrative reform mode in this mode.
