食品安全关系着人民群众身体健康和生命安全,是重大的民生问题。食品安全风险监测又是实施食品安全监管的重要手段,通过开展食品安全风险监测,综合分析危险因素,及时预警通报,可为政府监管部门加强监管提供决策依据和技术支持,以保证食品安全~([1])。2014—2015年浙江省兰溪市疾病预防控制中心对当地产大米、家酿黄酒、面制品三类食品中镉、铝污染水平开展监测,建立食品风险监测基础数据库,评估分析可能存在的风险因素~([2]),提出食品安全预警。
