目的研究人重组白细胞介素Ⅱ（ｈｒＩＬ－２）与无环鸟苷联合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎（ｈｅｒｐｅｓｓｉｍｐｌｅｘｋｅｒ－ａｔｉｔｉｓ，ＨＳＫ）疗效与预防复发。方法应用ｈｒＩＬ－２与０．１％无环鸟苷联合治疗ＨＳＫ５０例，对照组３０例单用０．１％无环鸟苷治疗。结果联合用药治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。随访１ａ观察复发率明显低于对照组。结论应用ｈｒＩＬ－２与０．１％无环鸟苷联合治疗ＨＳＫ疗效明显，复发率低，临床观察眼部无不良反应。
Objective To study the curative effect and recurrence of herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) treated with recombinant human interleukin Ⅱ (hrIL-2) and acyclovir. Methods 50 cases of HSK were treated with combination of hrIL-2 and 0.1% acyclovir, while 30 cases of control group were treated with 0.1% acyclovir alone. The results of combination therapy group was significantly higher than the control group. The follow-up la observation recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The combination of hrIL-2 and 0.1% acyclovir in the treatment of HSK has obvious curative effect, low recurrence rate and no adverse reactions in the eyes.
