小型企业经营变化大、财力有限,聘用兼职人员既可以解决实际的工作需要,也可以减少支出。本文运用一定的理论工具、结合实际案例对小型企业兼职人员绩效管理进行了探析。结果显示,基于关键绩效指标的小型企业兼职人员绩效考核较为有效。在运用这种绩效考核方法的同时,还要设计好考核周期、考核面谈,并严格按照兼职聘用协议中的工资标准和绩效考核的结果对兼职人员进行薪酬发放。
Large-scale changes in the management of small businesses, limited financial resources, employing part-time staff can not only solve practical work needs, but also can reduce spending. In this paper, some theoretical tools are used to analyze the performance management of part-time staff in small enterprises with practical cases. The results show that the performance appraisal of part-time staff based on the key performance indicators is more effective. In the use of this method of performance appraisal at the same time, but also to design a good assessment cycle, assessment interview, and in strict accordance with part-time employment agreement in the wage standard and the results of performance appraisal part-time staff pay.
