通过对某预精轧机传动装置中输入轴上的严重轴承失效以及由此对输入轴上螺旋锥齿轮副的啮合产生的不良影响等故障进行研究 ,分析了轴承失效的主要原因 ,据此提出了几种相应的结构改进设计方案 ,并对各改进方案的轴承进行寿命校核及优缺点比较 ,找到了最佳的结构改进方案。
Through the study on the failure of the serious bearing on the input shaft of a pre-finishing mill transmission and the bad influence caused by the meshing of the spiral bevel gear pair on the input shaft, the main causes of bearing failure are analyzed. Several corresponding structures to improve the design, and the improvement of the bearing life check and comparison of advantages and disadvantages, to find the best structural improvement program.
