教师专业化是教师在整个专业生涯中,通过终生专业训练,依托专业组织,习得教育专门知识、技能和规范,取得教师资格,实施专业自主,表现专业道德,逐步提高自身从教素质,成为一个良好的教育工作者的专业成长过程。专业知识、专业技能和专业情意的水平是构成教师专业素质的主要部分,这三个方面的发展水平决定了教师专业发展水平的高低。
