在构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下,加强共青团员意识,使共青团员全身心投入到和谐单位的建设中,已成为新时期共青团工作的一个重点。本文在对新时期加强团员意识重要性分析的同时,就海洋科研单位的实际情况,对如何加强当前共青团建设的问题进行了认真探讨。
Under the background of building a harmonious socialist society, it has become a focal point of the CYL’s work in the new era to step up the awareness of CYL members and to make the CYL members devote themselves wholeheartedly to the construction of a harmonious unit. In this paper, while analyzing the importance of members’ awareness in the new period, this article has made a serious discussion on how to strengthen the current construction of the Communist Youth League based on the actual situation of the marine scientific research units.
