我国的煤炭企业人力资源管理过程当中其资源结构明显不够合理,并且对于人力资源的管理在管理方式上仍然较为落后,并且其相应的发展机制也不够灵活,在人力资源培训方面的投入明显不足,相关的培训模式也不够科学等一系列的问题。所以就必须要求强化管理,统一企业文化。本文主要针对煤炭企业人力资源管理和企业文化建设的关系加以分析,并以此简要论述以供参考。
The resource structure of China’s coal enterprises in the process of human resource management is obviously not reasonable enough, and the management of human resources is still lagging behind in terms of management and its corresponding development mechanism is not flexible enough. This paper mainly analyzes the relationship between human resources management and corporate culture construction in coal enterprises and gives a brief discussion for reference.
