以青海云杉4个种源成熟胚为外植体,在4种基本培养基和含有不同激素组合的改良1/2LV培养基中进行体胚诱导,结果表明:改良1/2LV培养基为最适宜基本培养基,以此培养基为基础附加6-BA 2.25 mg·L~(-1)+2,4-D 6.60 mg·L~(-1)对1#、2#、4#种源诱导率均超过30%,分别达到38.9%、33.4%、35.4%,对3#种源诱导率也达到29.6%。在同一水平激素组合处理中,1#、4#种源诱导率高于2#、3#种源,原生种源外植体易于启动并完成脱分化过程,而人工次生种源外植体则不易被诱导。
Somatic embryos induction was carried out in four kinds of basic medium and improved 1/2 LV medium with different hormone combinations by using four provenances of Picea crassifolia as explants.
