在经济全球化的新世纪初期,我国的小城镇规划和布局面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,我们要通过不断的实践和反思,摸索出一条建设有中国特色的城市化道路,为实现经济、社会、人的可持续发展创造条件。本文分析了城市发展的起因及其存在的问题,阐述了小城镇的发展对城乡建设的重大战略作用及经济意义,得出建设小城镇的合理规划与布局。
At the beginning of the new century of economic globalization, the planning and layout of small towns in our country are facing enormous opportunities and challenges. Through constant practice and reflection, we must find a way to build an urbanization with Chinese characteristics in order to achieve economic and social , People's sustainable development create the conditions. This paper analyzes the causes of urban development and its existing problems, elaborates the major strategic functions and economic significance of the development of small cities and towns for the construction of urban and rural areas, and draws a reasonable plan and layout for building small cities and towns.
