我国现在正大力开展农民转岗和继续教育与创业,推进中国农业走向现代化的步伐。加快农村劳动力转移,关键在于打破常规,不断创新模式,培训一批素质较高,符合社会需求的实用人才。
My country is now vigorously carrying out the transfer of peasants and the continuing education and undertaking of enterprises so as to push the pace of China’s agricultural modernization. The key to speeding up the transfer of rural labor forces is to break the routine and continuously innovate the model and to train a batch of practical talents with higher quality and in line with the needs of society.
