Brazelton创立的新生儿行为估价评分(BNBA),就是对新生儿受到刺激以后作出的行为表演和反应时状态的应用加以评分,从而估价其神经系统的灵活性和稳定性,并能及早地发现因颅脑损伤而引起的行为异常。本文应用新生儿行为测试来研究早产儿颅内出血对其行为反应以及性格特征的影响。本文以1984年5月~1986年7月在罗得艾兰妇婴医院出生的并符合以下条件的婴儿为研究对象:早产儿组①出生体重<1750g;②胎龄<34周;对照组:足月儿①出生体重>2500g;②胎龄>37周;③无围产期严重并发症。两组的性别和社会经济状况相当。
The Newborn Behavior Rating Scale (BNBA), founded by Brazelton, scores the performance and responsiveness of newborns when they are stimulated to assess the flexibility and stability of their nervous system and to detect early Brain injury caused by abnormal behavior. This article uses neonatal behavioral testing to study the effects of intracranial hemorrhage on behavioral responses and personality traits in preterm infants. This article from 1984 May to 1986 July in Lauderdale Maternal and Child Health Hospital and meet the following conditions for infants: preterm children ① birth weight <1750g; ② gestational age <34 weeks; control group: Full-term children ① birth weight> 2500g; ② gestational age> 37 weeks; ③ no serious complications of perinatal. The two groups have comparable sex and socioeconomic status.
