当前我国正处在经济蓬勃发展时期,中小企业对我国的国民经济增长有着重要的推动作用,中小企业的发展过程中人力资源管理在其中有着重要作用发挥,并已经成为了企业在市场竞争中的核心力量。我国的中小企业人力资源管理还处在发展阶段,还需要进一步吸收管理经验,基于此,本文则主要就中小企业人力资源管理的现状问题进行详细分析,并结合实际探究其解决的有效对策,希望通过此次的理论研究对实际操作起到一定指导作用。
