1 工程概况某小学办公楼,为五层砖混结构,长51m、宽11.5m、层高3.3m、总建筑面积为3053m~2,横墙承重,楼盖为预制空心板。基础构造为灰土垫层上做条形基础,埋深1.3m。该工程在竣工验收前后发现东山墙窗台下产生水平裂缝,最大缝宽达7mm,在底层靠近东山墙的纵墙端部有上宽下窄的斜缝,最大缝宽3mm。事故发生以后,施工单位会同设计单位及检测部门马上对工程进行测定并记录沉降和裂缝的发展情况。结果六周内东山墙处与西部测点的沉降差最大达9cm,且裂缝也在不断开展。可见墙体开裂的主要原因是地基不均匀沉降过大引起的。2事故原因分析根据补充勘探的地质资料显示,该建筑物场地内离东山墙
