本文阐述了中外合作办学过程中以人为本的核心理念,从中国的现状出发提出中外合作办学图书馆管理过程中既要坚持人性化管理,又要坚持制度化管理。人性化管理与制度化管理的最佳结合是高校图书馆管理的有效模式。
This paper elaborates the core idea of putting people first in the process of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. From the current situation in China, it is necessary to insist on humane management and institutional management in the process of library management of Sino-foreign cooperative education. The best combination of humanized management and institutionalized management is an effective mode of university library management.
