一徐新洲,1978年由部队转业来到长庆油田,1992年被任命为283队指导员,1992-1994年,283队党支部连续3年被评为长庆局前指先进党支部。1994年,徐新洲被调到由于个别领导干部出问题后,导致职工队伍涣散,生产管理方面出现重大漏洞的284队任指导员。徐新洲到队上后,利用工余时间与全队22名党员逐个谈心,并深入到职工中了解情况。在掌握情况的基础上,加强了党、团支部建设,健全了工会、队委会、民主管理等组织,使整个队伍重新振作起来。1995年和1996年,队党支部分别被评为处、局先进党支部。284队被总公司评审为乙级地震队,他本人也被评为勘探局先进生产者。二随着地震五局会战结束,地震勘探任务逐年减少,物探处成为长庆局首批走向市场的单位之一,
