我国外国语言文学学科博士研究生教育的现状表明,在培养过程中主要存在重形式上的规范要求,轻实质上的目标定位;重研究方向的学位课程,轻跨学科课程和跨方向的方法论课程;重导师队伍建设,轻导师个人学养考查等问题。解决这些问题应采取的对策是:重新定位外语高层次人才培养目标,创新适应于多元培养目标的课程体系以及建立质量监控的长效机制。
The status quo of doctoral education in foreign language and literature disciplines in our country shows that there are mainly formal norms, light substantive goals and targets in the cultivation process; degree programs focusing on research, light interdisciplinary courses and cross-directional methodological courses; Re-construction of tutors, training of light tutors and other issues. The countermeasures that should be taken to solve these problems are: reorienting high-level talents in foreign languages, innovating a curriculum system that adapts to diversified training objectives, and establishing a long-term mechanism for quality control.
