1.投入营运的客滚船、客(渡)船以及危险品船必须保证适航。船检部门要集中安排人力、物力对营运的所有客滚船、客(渡)船进行一次特别检验。未经船检部门特别检验合格的,一律不得投入营运。对客滚船的消防喷淋设备、自动灭火系统、手动火警报警系统、通风系统等重要设备设施,要统一进行效能测试检验。 2.所有客滚船、客(渡)船都应确定抗风等级,未确定抗风等级的一律不准投入营运。 3.对存在下列情况之一的必须责令停航,不得予以签证:
1. Ro-Ro passenger ships, passenger ferry vessels and dangerous goods ships put into operation must ensure airworthiness. The ship inspection departments shall arrange manpower and material resources centrally to conduct a special inspection of all ro-ro passenger ships and passenger ferries operating. All ro-ro passenger, passenger (ferry) vessels should determine the level of wind resistance, not sure the level of wind resistance are not allowed to put into operation. 3.
