棉花胚珠离体诱导纤维的发育 不但在基因型之间存在着很大的差异,而且 N H4 + 浓度明显影响离体纤 维的诱导率⒚在以 N O3 - 50 m m ol/ L 为氮源的基础上,添加低 浓度(5.0 m m ol/ L)的 N H4 + ,能提高纤维的诱导率,促进纤维的生长⒚在总氮量不变的条件下,提高 N H4 + / N O3 - 的比例,纤维的诱导率随之降低,纤维的生长发育也相应受到抑制⒚
The development of in vitro induced fiber of cotton ovule was not only significantly different between genotypes, but also the concentration of N H4 + significantly affected the induction rate of detached fiber.
