近日,笔者随团在美国培训,其间纽约市圣文森山学院组织参观了多所中小学校。走进美国中小学课堂,我们看到学生或者围坐在老师跟前,认真听老师讲课,或者组成学习小组,热烈讨论完成老师布置的任务,似乎每个学生都完全沉浸在老师的教学当中。这与我对美国自由课堂的刻板印象并不相符,难道美国课堂并不像我们想象中的那么自由?是的,美国课堂确实不自由。学生必须遵守学校和课堂规则培养具有法治精神的公民,正是美国学校教育的目标之一。学校是一个小社会,对于学生而言,学校、课堂
Recently, I accompanied the group training in the United States, during which St. Vincent Hill College in New York City visited a number of primary and secondary schools. Into the United States primary and secondary school classrooms, we see students sitting in front of the teacher, listening carefully to the teacher, or to form a study group to discuss the task of completing the teacher, it seems that every student is completely immersed in the teaching of teachers.
