成都蔬菜冷库是一个双千吨冷库,其中蔬菜库容为1000吨,冰库1000吨。冷库分别设有制冰(-15℃)和蔬菜的冷却冷藏(-8℃)两个蒸发温度系统。冰库温度为-6°±2℃;蔬菜冷藏间的温度为0°±1℃。整个冷库共分四层,底层为冰库,采用顶排管。二、三、四层为蔬菜冷库,每层面积为576米~2,分设两个冷藏间。每间设有 KLL—250B 型空气冷却器。在该库设计中,采用了一个新风单独冷却处理系统,并采用“上进下出”的供液方式,库内采用均匀送风系统,经过三年多来的实际运行,效果良好,现将该库在工艺和通风方面的一些特点介绍如下:
